Our lives are a complete mess without God, plain and simple! It does not matter how far you have come in your walk/journey, if God does not have the upper hand in you life, you are nothing! Sometimes we think that because we have been through every possible test and trial, we are strong enough to deal with things on our own. Well no, we are not! If you are not careful, you might end up running back to your past, you might end up opening doors God closed for you!You NEED God to keep the closed doors closed!. Doesn't matter how far you have come in your walk with God. You NEED God to get you through every season, good or bad! Never think that you are too good or too strong to handle your business alone. You will fail! I am so happy that you have come so far in your walk with God! I am so glad that you passed all the tests that came your your way. However this is the time you need to pursue God the most! The devil hates to see you live perfectly for God and he is always trying to find ways to get you back to how you used to be before God came into your life. Pushing God on the side and doing things on your own gives the devil a chance to open unnecessary doors that can cause your fire to burn out! He leads you to sins that creates a gap between you and God!
Do not push God away, pursue Him instead. Pray more, praise Him more, spend time with Him, give Him areas of your life you seem to be holding on to.
Perfect life comes from God. When God is involved everything falls into place! He gives us strength, wisdom, knowledge, his promises, love, hope for the future,courage, success, peace, etc. I am a living testimony of this! I can go on and on about how God orders your path when you give your all to Him!
Stop being too arrogant with your itty bitty strength and let God take over!
