"Give all worries and cares to God, for He cares about you" ~ 1 Peter 5:7
Isn't life funny? You start a journey with so many people in your circle at one point and within a blink of an eye, they are all gone!
Can you relate? Did you start college or high school or a new journey with so many people around you and now you have nobody? It is okay!!!
Are your friends being sneaky and planning everything behind your back and now you feel like you have to make so much effort to keep up with them? If your friendship is more like a one-sided thing, and you are the only one putting so much time and energy to maintain it, let it go. It is okay!
The same way that God can open unexpected doors for His children, He can close unexpected doors as well. When God closes the chapter of a friendship, it is His way of either showing you what to work on (in terms of behavior, character, etc) in order help you be a better person or it is His way of putting you on the side so that He can lead you into a better direction.
Believe it or not, if God had not removed certain people from my life I wouldn't be where I am right now. When God closed the door on my some of friendships, it caused me to focus on Him more. See, God is a jealous God. He doesn't want anyone or anything to get in between Him and His children. He wants us all to Himself! When God closed those doors, I began to focus on Him more and at some point I just wanted to be like God! I wanted the things I did or say to bring glory to Him. So I began to change things in my life that wasn't like God. I am not 100% but I am better than I used to be. I have this blog because those doors closed. It caused me to break out of my shell, do more and meet more people. Sometimes being around certain people causes you to be too comfortable. But being too comfortable doesn't bring you anything in life.
There is a reason for everything that happens in life. Just because your friends don't want you around anymore doesn't mean that life ends. Life GOES ON! They are not in charge of your destiny! Use this time to invest in yourself. Focus on God and He will lead you.
Before I forget, don't be afraid to let go of any relationship that doesn't bring anything to your life. Surround yourself with positive minded people who want to see you succeed in everything. Surround yourself with people who bring you closer to God. Don't waste your time on toxic people, they will drain you! Positive vibes only!!!
Love y'all and Happy November!

God has not disappointed me yet and He is not about to.The beginning of everything is just plain HARD. Everything is just so confusing and it doesn't make sense but FOCUS on the One up there.
